The Confetti Dogs Philosophy

We believe dogs learn best when training is built around the realities of their everyday lives. Every dog is different. Every family is different. Every challenge is different. That’s why we have never been interested in making our clients’ dogs fit into a robotic / rigid training system. Real life is far too nuanced for that.

Instead, we believe meaningful progress begins with understanding. Understanding the dog directly in front of us. Understanding the people who love and care for that dog. Understanding the actual challenges they are facing and the goals they are working toward.

When we view our clients and their dogs from that lens, training can become truly relevant, practical, and exciting!

At Confetti Dogs, our responsibility is not to make your dog fit into our world of training. We truly believe our responsibility is to step into your world, understand it, and help you build success from there.

We are solution-focused professionals who combine knowledge, experience, creativity, and adaptability to help people and their dogs make meaningful progress in the real world and their day to day lives…and we have a lot of fun while doing it!

Our promise to you

  • Understand

Every dog, family, and situation is different. Before recommending solutions, we take the time to understand what you're experiencing, what matters most to you, and what success for you and your dog would look like in your everyday life.

  • Tell the Truth

We believe our clients deserve honest, straightforward guidance when it comes to their dogs. We'll navigate our way through any challenges with you and have the conversations that need to be had so you can make informed decisions for your dog.

  • Collaboration

We'll support you through the victories, the setbacks, and the questions that naturally come with having a dog…and we'll be there to help you keep moving forward.

  • Independence

Our goal is not to create dependence on any trainer or system of training. Our goal is to help you develop the knowledge, skills, confidence, understanding needed to navigate life with your dog beyond the extent of your training program!
